Morgan has worked in the Real Estate industry for the past 20 years, in Toronto, Vancouver and Victoria, and has many real estate contacts in those centres. In Victoria he has been the managing broker for Sutton Westcan Realty since its inception and continues to work in both management and sales. Morgan is an ex-Aussie and often skips the Canadian winter by flying down to his hometown in Albany Western Australia. His current recreational interests are walking, ballroom dancing, eating muffins at the Pure Vanilla coffee shop, eating breakfast at Rebar in downtown Victoria and most recently learning some salsa dance steps at Cafe Casablanca.
Jayme was born in the Prairies and moved with her family to Victoria over 20 years ago where she grew up and went to school. After graduating high school Jayme went to Camosun College where she took Business Administration. Afterwards she began working as a Office Manager and had great success bringing that business to a productivity level never reached before. Three years later she was hired on with the Royal Bank where she spent most of her time learning and developing her knowledge in Business Banking. Jayme has had a keen interest in Real Estate for many years. And was able to pursue her interest in the fall of '07 when she began working with Morgan. Jayme takes pride in working with Clients and looking after their needs on an individual basis. Jayme does have plans to develop a career in Real Estate as a Licensed Realtor but for now is enjoying working with Morgan's clients where she is able to offer them a personalized experience.
